Visitors will want to look at the sunflower ceiling medallion and walk the grand staircase to the legislative chambers. A visit to the Hall of Records is also a must, to see the deed for Delaware given to William Penn by James, Duke of York (later James II of England) in 1682.

The Dover Capitol was very nice. We enjoyed the old state building also. The tour guides gave an outstanding history of the state as well as the building.
