
The most captivating element of the capitol can be found in the golden horses
and charioteer, commonly referred to as the Quadriga. An observation deck
allows you not only an unparalleled panoramic view of St. Paul, but also the
chance to scrutinize these phenomenal statues up close. Please note that the capitol in St. Paul does not have the Capitol Collection stamp. Upon request, they will stamp your book with their own capitol stamp. 651-296-2881 For the months of March, April and May, general hours are M-F 9-4, Saturdays 10-3, Sundays 1-4. During the other months of the year, weekday hours are from 10-3. Capitol staff members recommend visitors call ahead to double check capitol hours. Guided tours on the hour; last tour begins one hour before closing. Other tour times may be available, please call ahead to schedule. Groups of ten or more should make a reservation.
