Forty-two steps lead up to the entrance of the legislative building where bronze doors depict industry and examples of Washington’s scenic majesty. The state seal, which features George Washington prominently, is found on the floor of the rotunda, and throughout the capitol. Getting a picture with George ---a bust overlooking the rotunda--- will bring luck.
