General hours daily 8 – 4:30. The observation tower closes each day at 4 p.m.

Call ahead to book a guided tour.

Closed January 1st, Easter, Thanksgiving and December 25th.  The capitol is also closed during the annual Spanish Town parade, which happens during Mardi Gras.  Since this date changes each year, visitors during the Mardi-Gras season should call ahead before their visit to confirm access
