A $6 million art collection with additional temporary installments makes this capitol a must see if you’re in Santa Fe. Many of the works were donated by the artists. Some of the pieces have extensive descriptions of the artist’s process. The building, itself a beautiful architectural wonder, is centrally located.
We just showed up and had a personal guided tour. Legislature was in session, so the building was crowded. Art collection is fabulous, and worth the trip just for that.
